This Is Who you Are Now! – John Heibert

This is who you are now, in this life, when :

You die to yourself, and live through Jesus.

First came the Law (old covenant)then came grace (new covenant) through Jesus Christ.
The law told us to do certain things in order to get certain things.
Obey = Blessed
Disobey = Cursed
Grace gave us a new way through Jesus Christ .
He has done it all and has given us many many promises NOW.

(Romans 8:1-2)
“So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.”

-(Romans 3:23-25)-
“For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins. For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when he held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past,”
(Romans 4:23-24)
“And when God counted him as righteous, it wasn’t just for Abraham’s benefit. It was recorded for our benefit, too, assuring us that God will also count us as righteous if we believe in him, the one who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.”

-(1 Peter 1:2)
“God the Father knew you and chose you long ago, and his Spirit has made you holy. As a result, you have obeyed him and have been cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ. May God give you more and more grace and peace.”
-(1 Peter 1: 15-16)
“But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. For the Scriptures say, “You must be holy because I am holy.””

-( Colossians 1:22)
“Yet now he has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body. As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault.”

-(John 3:16)
““For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”

-(2 Timothy 2:21)
“If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work.”

-(Romans 6:14)
“Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.”
-(Colossians‬ ‭2:13-14)
“You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.”

-(Romans 6:23)
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.”

– (Romans 8:14-16)

“For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.” For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children.”

The call for those who don’t believe.

Know that God loves you and has called you to be free.
To let go of this life.
You were never created to live for you. You were created for Love and through Love and onto love. To love God and people.
Repent and turn to God.
Let your life show that transformation in your heart and don’t make it you saying a prayer and forgetting all His promises.
